Saniservice's Indoor Sciences Division
A genuinely healthy indoor environment involves not just addressing immediate concerns but understanding the root causes that trigger these issues. Recognizing this need, Saniservice has established the Indoor Sciences Division, the first of its kind in the UAE and the GCC region. Within this division we created the Saniservice Department of Microbiology, our in-house central laboratory, which leads our research and development in Indoor Environmental Science to investigate invisible allergens, pathogens and contaminants brought about by molds, pests, chemical compounds, and microorganisms.
Our multidisciplinary team, consisting of architects, engineers, building scientists, and microbiologists, certified by the International Association of Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), focuses on four critical elements of indoor science: air quality, moisture, airflow and pressure, and heat bleed. These elements are integral to our recommendations concerning your home's essential systems: air tightness, insulation, and mechanicals with the aim of optimizing the "skin" and "circulatory" systems of your home to achieve one goal: CONTROL.
