What you receive

No two interiors are alike. No two reports are.

Anonymized specimen cover of an Indoor Sciences diagnostic report

Every report the practice issues is written for one place only: its construction, its exposure, its history, the people who live, sleep or work in it. The method and report architecture are standardized. The evidence, analysis and prescription are specific to one property. What you receive is a piece of individual work, signed by those who measured, and written to be read by a family, an insurer or a board.

One verdict, and one severity scale used throughout.

Every observation located, graded, and cross-referenced to its evidence

Documentary images, untouched, presented as instrument output

Results, limits and exceedances, with the method stated beside each

In order of priority, each step assigned to whoever carries it out

The names, licenses and signatures of those who measured
