Services

Everything Indoor Sciences does rests on the same three steps: investigate, measure, verify. These are the services through which it does them.

  1. Mold inspection.

Finding the cause of mold, documenting its extent, and setting the criteria for its removal and clearance.

    Mold inspection
  2. Air quality testing.

Measurement of the indoor air against recognized criteria, with laboratory analysis where needed.

    Air quality testing
  3. Mycotoxin testing.

Surface, dust or air samples are tested for aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1 and G2) and ochratoxin A by a rapid quantitative method, with results reported in parts per billion. Analyzed in-house by the Saniservice Department of Microbiology.

    Mycotoxin testing
  4. Remediation, specified and verified.

The scope and criteria for remediation, and the measurement afterwards that confirms it worked. The work itself is carried out by Saniservice or a contractor of your choice.

  5. Diagnostics.

The four layers of testing, visual and thermal, physicochemical, microbiological and technical, and how they are chosen for a building.

    Diagnostics
  6. Advisory.

Managed investigations and programs for portfolios, certifications and complex cases.

    Advisory
Two ways to engage

Retain the practice, or commission a single test. Most begin with one conversation.

Advisory

When something is wrong and no one can say why.

A complete building-science investigation for conditions that remain unexplained or keep returning. We read the four domains together, grade the findings, define the corrective sequence and verify the outcome. For residences, hospitality, developments and institutional properties.

Diagnostics

When one question deserves a precise answer.

A single test, on its own terms: air, surface, moisture or thermal, measured by the Saniservice Department of Microbiology against a recognized benchmark and reported plainly. What is there, and what, if anything, it requires. Most first contacts begin here, and many end here.
